He has worked in classrooms as a teacher, for the Education Department in regional offices and central office, as an Executive Director and Senior Lecturer in university education faculties, as school principal and as founding Director of the Stronger Smarter Institute.
Dr. Ian Patrick

Ian Patrick is the Director of a consultancy which operates in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. Ian focuses on the design of M&E frameworks; evaluation capacity development, including training and mentoring; and the conduct of program evaluations. His practice as an evaluator crosses many sectors such as governance, education, law and justice, health, civil society programs, and migration and Indigenous issues. Ian is an Honorary Senior Fellow in the School of Social and Political Sciences, University of Melbourne. Previously he worked at the International NGO Training and Research Centre in UK leading the evaluation practice area.
